ALL construction companies are required to have a Construction Safety Program before offering their services.  Primes hiring companies without a Safety Program, and or documentation are liable far beyond what is realized.  Operating a Safety Program reduces liabilities.  1 Incident offers a Management Briefing segment to ensure the project Management Team are ALL aware of the liabilities side stepping the Regulations can create.

Operating without a Safety Program is a HIGH RISK that could ultimately have the owner paying for their entire life.  The question is can you afford the risk?  Saying it's costly is like crossing the Country's Border with Cannabis.  When arrested and charged, to say you didn't know it was against the law is irrelevant, you'll still experience the being charged for breaking the law.  The law is the law.  Understand operating without a Safety Program is against the law as is having a Safety Program and NOT following the program.  Completed documentation is required. The majority of Construction Companies who have a Safety Program are not utilizing the program. 

Safety Officers are being hired to perform Safety, First Aid and to perform labor task[s].  Safety Personnel's focus must be on Safety.
